Tenuta di Monteverdi, the historic seat of the Marquisate of Paganico, offers different types of accommodation. The jewel of the Estate is the beautiful Podere di Sant' Antonio; in the retreat area of the estate, it offers large interior spaces with lots of light, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a large garden with wonderful views along the Ombrone Valley and Monte Amiata. The villa also offers a large private swimming pool (14mx6m) and a great staff for its clients. In addition, near the historic village, there are 4 apartments each with 4 beds, self catering, beautiful views and use of another private pool. The various properties are open almost all year round (pools open only in the summer months).
NB. We do not offer only room rentals.

Upon request the Monteverdi Estate has a chauffer service, cook and grocery shopping, laundry and other services. It also has free wifi and parking, access to a private beach club in Argentario (subject to availability) and a small events room. Pets are allowed only on request.

The estate is located 30" from the sea and 50" from Argentario, 20" from Petriolo Spa, 25" from Montalcino/Brunello, 40" from Siena, 1.15" from Florence. Daily services are in Paganico (7").

Check-in time from 16.30 Check-out time from 09.30. Unfortunately the properties are not suitable for handicapped people, due to the historical architectural design.

The languages spoken are English, Italian, French, Spanish and a little German.
